MenoPilates is a 2-month wellness program supporting women through perimenopause and menopause by bringing together Pilates, education, and community — without prescribing a single “right” way to live.

The program is designed to help women feel informed, supported, and confident by offering:

Pilates

24 classes focused on strength, balance, and flexibility


MenoPilates includes 24 Pilates classes over two months (12 classes per month), designed specifically for women in perimenopause and menopause. Classes focus on building muscle, improving balance and flexibility, supporting bone health, and helping women feel stronger and more confident in their bodies. Sessions explore different types of movement and why they matter in midlife — always adaptable, supportive, and never rigid.

Learn & Choose

Podcasts, workshops, and expert guidance — without prescriptions


Participants receive access to a curated learning experience designed to inform, not dictate. The program includes 4 expert-led podcasts, 3 live workshops, and weekly expert-written wellness content covering hormones, nutrition, supplements, movement, mindfulness, sexual wellness, stress management, and lifestyle support. All content is housed in an exclusive MenoPilates Club members page, where participants can easily access resources, articles, recordings, and tools — empowering each woman to learn, reflect, and choose what feels right for her body and life.

Support and Community

Connection, conversation, and shared experience


MenoPilates offers a supportive, women-only community through a private Facebook group, created exclusively for program participants. This is a space to connect, share experiences, and ask questions — including opportunities to engage with experts — while learning from one another. In addition to the online community, participants come together for in-person gatherings, including a sound bath with guided reflection and a celebratory social event, creating moments to relax, connect, and enjoy being together. Through conversation, reflection, and shared experiences, women are invited to learn, laugh, move, and navigate midlife side by side.
